My 4th grade teacher once told me that patience is a virtue. Being a precocious little smart-ass, I shot back “Yeah, and impatience is a flower!”.
See, I didn’t know enough about flowers in the 4th grade to be able to have a quip like that. You win.
…Except that if I were an elementary school teacher of little ankle-biters like that, I may have smacked you.
This is why I limit my time around children, I suppose…
