Four excellent things

Four great things have happened in the last 24 hours:

  1. I got to spend all day working with Andrea on a lab report.
  2. I started a paper-and-pen journal for fitness/food/weight-loss-related matters.
  3. WO showed up while Andrea and I worked and hung out with us. He laughed. A lot.
  4. I got my advanced pilates DVDs!!!11!one!

I’ve been waiting for the DVDs for over a damn week. (I passed my beginner’s DVD to Andrea. Bwua-ha-ha!) I bought the Classical Pilates Technique – The Complete Mat Workout Series, and oh, my goodness, the intermediate level whoops my ass just like I like it to be whooped. It’s going to be a minute before I can step up to the advanced, and I like that.

What happens after I master the “Super Advanced” level, though? Oh, noes.
