Toolbars - Main Toolbar

Available on every page the Main Toolbar gives access to all of the main BlogWorks
 XML pages.

Blog List - On the far left is a dropdown list detailing all of the
currently available blogs. Selecting a blog makes that blog's information 'available'
The next option is to "Create New Blog" which presents you with a page very similar to the Settings page which can be used to enter details for a new blog.
Finally, if there is more than one blog, there will be an option to Delete a Blog. From here it is possible to select a blog to delete and also decide which files to remove on deletion. It is suggested that XML files are not deleted.
