Main Pages&nbsp;-&nbsp;Post Toolbar
<p>This toolbar appears on the <i>New Post</i> and <i>Edit Post</i> 
  pages. It functions identically on each page.</p>
<p><img src="help/ic_link.gif" alt="" width="16" height="16" border="0" /> <b>Link</b> - will open a dialogue box enabling you to construct a new link.</p>
<ul>
  <li><i>Link Type</i>: choose the type of link you want to make. If you're copying 
    and pasting a link from your browser select 'no prefix'</li>
  <li><i>Address</i>: the URL of the page you want to link to.</li>
  <li><i>Link Text</i>: the text that you want to appear as the link.</li>
  <li><i>Tooltip</i>: text for when the pointer hovers over the link.</li>
  <li><i>Open in a new window</i>: if checked the linked page will open in a new 
    browser window.</li>

<p><img src="help/ic_image.gif" alt="" width="16" height="16" border="0" /> <b>Image</b> - will open a dialogue box enabling you too add images to your 
  blog.</p>
<ul>
  <li><i>Filename</i>: the filename of the image you want to add. Use the 'Browse' 
    button to open an image viewer - click the image you want to use for its filename 
    to be added to the dialogue.</li>
  <li><i>Description</i>: the text that will appear when the pointer hovers over 
    the image.</li>
  <li><i>Height</i>: if known add the height, in pixels, of the image.</li>
  <li><i>Width</i>: if known add the width, in pixels, of the image.</li>
  <li><i>Alignment</i>: choose the alignment of the image - none, left, middle, 
    right.</li>
  <li><i>CSS Class</i>: if you use CSS add the class name for images here.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Formatting Commands</b><br>
  <i>Bold, Italic, Big, Small</i>: add the appropriate HTML tags for formatting 
  text.</p>

  of how to enable dropdown lists that enable you to add accented characters and 
  HTML entities with ease.</p>
