I’m not so much into structured intervals or fartleking, but I ran intervals today, with a “base” pace of 12:00 min/mile. I ran two 10:54 min/mile intervals (five minutes) and two 10:00 min/mile intervals (three minutes).
I made a point to watch myself in the mirror today. I figure the more I stare at my legs, the more I will grow to like them. Welcome to Lissa Leg Lovin’ 101. We meet four times a week, for about an hour at a time.
