So Thursday morning at 07:00 I did a 45-minute elliptical workout. Again, very nice.
Friday I tried a run. I got about 2 mi before my stomach protested. Last night’s run got to 2.4 mi before I had to walk a ways. I managed to finish 5 km last night, but I couldn’t use the rowing machine afterward and I paid for it later.
I think I’m going to start padding my runs with elliptical work (40 minutes on elliptical, 20 to 30 minutes of running) and the rowing machine to keep burning, because my stomach isn’t well enough for me to pick up and start running 5 milers again. Alas.
