Pulled vs. simply sore

My legs feel no better, despite another half-hour run and more very careful stretching. I think my hamstrings are past sore and into injured, because the pain is lingering and a little sharper than simple soreness.

The good news is that the running isn’t making it worse. I think I’m going to stick with half-hour runs until I regain full mobility, then move times back up to 50 minutes or an hour. Shorter runs will also give me time to nail down school schedule stuff without feeling like I need to be out for an hour in the morning.
