When I got up for my 05:00 run this morning, I knew it was going to be chilly utside, so I put on sweat pants, but left on just the t-shirt and sports bra as adequate.

Heh. When that door swung open, it was decided very quickly that my warm-up was going to consist of me running down to the track, and that my workout would consist of my hauling ass around the track for an hour.

Turns out I only stayed on the track for a half-hour.

It must have been in the thirties or low forties, because there was ice/frost on cars in the parking lot.

I’m trying to decide how I want to do the winter thing. My lungs did not like the cold temps this morning, and I had to walk about 200 meters after about 15 minutes to attempt to stretch my lungs back out. I’m going to have to do a little more research on this before I either lock myself in the SRC or decide to toughen my lungs up and freeze my hands off.
