Still not running, but I spent an hour on the elliptical, followed by 2 km on the rowing machine with no discomfort during the workout and nothing overly dangerous occurring after.
I’m going to wait until about Friday before trying a light run.
Today’s workout, though, was actually very, very nice. When I was done, I exited the SRC on very tired, very shaky legs. I like this. Since I’m soon to be restricted to the SRC because my pansy-ass hates cold weather, I will most likely mix my runs up with elliptical time. Cross-training is generally a good habit, anyway, so I’m a lax bum for just running all the time.
