Help, I’m shrinking…
Uncluttering and downsizing is all the rave now, I know. I blame Ryan Mitchell of The Tiny Life for my own downsizing interest. Congrats, sir. You have made a convert. Greg and I found out a coupla weeks ago that the owners of the house we rent are short-selling. They offered us a first change at the house, but some of the things that made it a fairly attractive rental make it a subpar buy. Plus, you know, I’m not a big fan of even mortgage debt. Why would I want a $120k gorilla on my back? When we moved into the house last year, I loved having 1400 square…

Robert flinched back slightly, smiled fixed. “O-kay…” Hardi glanced at Lucia to find Lucia waiting for her gaze. Hardi quirked an eyebrow and didn’t look away. Robert looked at both of them and cleared his throat nervously. Next week’s story will be a Transhuman Congress story, and I’d love feedback on what folks would like…

The Tiny Life , Archive » Julie’s Cozy House – This little house — although not terribly little at 410 sq ft, I think — is so pretty. Purple! UX Myths – Great list of user experience myths, with evidence and references. Buttersafe – Family Road Trip – Incredibly cute. Falsehoods Programmers Believe About Names: MicroISV on a Shoestring – Too many of the comments are grumpy and the post doesn't offer any practical solutions, but it's a thought-provoking post anyway. Nonprofit Gym Helps Low-Income Community Get Fit : NPR – I love this. Too bad it's not here in Charlotte; I'd love to help out a group doing this.
