    Gradage.

Grades were… better than expected. The two classes I struggled with consistently and put the most time into due to my ignorance throughout the quarter had the lowest grades–awesome–but the grades weren’t “slit my wrists and leave Rose” grades. I suspect some grade scale juggling in my other two classes, but honestly, the grades don’t do so bad in reflecting both my understanding of the material (in all four) and my levels of enjoyment of the classes.

It’s family, and I love a bunch of them to death, but damn if they aren’t trying my patience. These folks are just as secretive, tenacious, and hard-headed as I am… and there are lots of ’em. Holy hell if my aunt doesn’t steamroll me like no other… More when I can get an Internet connection to my own laptop (my grades, I want my grades!). The parents are due in…

I’m going to the ‘Nati in a handful of hours, and won’t have Internet unless I sneak out to a library or coffee shop. I also, for the life of me, can’t find directions on how to do phone blogging, so that won’t happen, either, alas. So most likely no website updates for a week and a half. *shudder*. My parents, however, are coming to Cincinatti next Thursday. To do apartment shopping. They’re moving to Cincinatti within about three weeks. My response? “Holy fuck.” They’ve never liked Charlotte, so when this good job came along, the Old Man started thinking about how far away he is from his grandkids and…
