So… I’m writing again, and partaking in a little summer writing project (coined “Hot Blog Summer”) with my partner Dr. Lucy. Good gravy, folks, the amount of plugin clean-up I had to do to get this and my next post out is wild. 😅 While I’m editing my first meaty post, here’s how you can find me these days:
I’m over at irrsinn.life/@melissa, posting about Beat Saber, other games I’m playing, a bit of social justice stuff, and tech. Come chat with me there. I really don’t spend much time on Twitter these days aside from Future Proof Games work and folks I get push notifications for.
Future Proof Games
Yup, I’m still doing that whole game making thing with Gregory. 😁 All our stuff is over at futureproofgames.com, including all our games, our Twitch stream schedule, our podcast, and our newsletter. You can also find us on Twitter.
Here’s some cool shit we’ve made that you should play:
- Exploit: Zero Day, a living puzzle game in which you’re a hacktivist fighting government and corporate overreach. The first season of story + the ability to make and share puzzles of your own is free.
- Rosette Diceless and its Companion, a table-top roleplaying system that focuses on collaborative storytelling and consent-based conflict resolution.
- “(I Fell in Love With) The Majesty of Colors” Remastered, an updated version of the game with remastered audio, interactivity, and effects. It’s playable on Windows, Linux, Android, and iOS.
Granny Square Colors
Why yes, GSC is still running. It doesn’t get nearly the amount of attention from me that it deserves, but I do updates every so often and plenty of folks still use it.
…That might be everywhere useful. I’m over on reddit, but unless you want to read about me being confused by tech stuff, that’s not too interesting.
